Don Best, an exceptional sculptor known for his imaginative creations, has recently delivered several life-sized pieces to our gallery. His whimsical smaller sculptures have already garnered considerable acclaim, and we are thrilled that he has added a few larger works to his collection. Among these pieces, a magnificent owl stands out, poised to become a captivating conversation starter in any setting. This stunning sculpture not only showcases Best's remarkable talent but also invites viewers to appreciate the intricacies and details of his work. What's Coming This Summer

We have some good things happeneing this summer. To kick off the season, we'll have demonstrations in the gallery by some of our favorite local Maine artists.

On June 6th at 10:30 AM, we start with Judith Daniels. Judith is a multi talented artist working in 3D, 2D, fiber and photography. You can find a selection of her felted owls in the gallery. Plan to stop in to watch how she transforms clouds of wool into functional art.
